Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final once an order has been completed or shipped.

For orders that include services (such as Reiki sessions, readings, or energy work performed via TikTok LIVE, Zoom, or other video platforms), exchanges may be requested prior to the service being fulfilled. Exchanges can be made for another available service of equal or lesser value.

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued for completed services or shipped physical items.
• If you choose a lower-priced service in an exchange, the remaining balance cannot be carried over, saved, or used as store credit.
