I often receive emails and messages from customers saying they have not received their order, however when they check their spam folder they find their completed order there.
If you check your spam folder and still do not see it there, Feel free to email me directly or by replying to your order confirmation email, Or message me on social media.
Please do not dispute your order with your credit card company or bank before you message me directly. It could harm your credit if you dispute a charge for a service that was in fact completed. Please message me directly before doing so.
